Created in 1948 by director Chuck Jones and writer Michael Maltese, Wile E. Coyote was inspired by Mark Twain's description of coyotes as "long, slim, sick and sorry-looking skeletons". Hardly the most flattering piece of prose, but darn it all if Wile E. Coyote doesn't make it work for him.

Designed in Britain, this is an enamel filled, stamped metal pin with a butterfly clasp standing 30mm high.
