1. Introduction

Welcome to Blu Goblin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website (www.blugoblin.com), and the purchase and use of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order.

3. Products & Limited-Edition Collectibles

All Blu Goblin custom-made products are:

  • Produced in strictly limited editions.
  • Made-to-order.
  • Handcrafted in the United Kingdom, using premium and natural materials that may result in unique variations between pieces.

Our Standard Pin Badges and smaller collectibles are made at carefully selected locations worldwide.

We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or limit product availability at any time without notice.

4. Order Process & Contract Formation

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product in accordance with these Terms. A contract is only formed when you receive an official order confirmation email from us (see Clause 4A for full details on order acceptance and rejection).
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to payment failure, inaccurate personal information, or suspicion of fraud.

4A. Order Acceptance & Rejection

We reserve the right to decline or cancel your order at any time prior to order confirmation. This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • The item is no longer available
  • We cannot authorise your payment
  • You are not eligible to purchase under applicable laws
  • We are not authorised to sell to your territory or country
  • You have exceeded any purchase limits (e.g. limited quantity per customer)
  • There is an error in pricing or product description

Your order is only accepted when we send you a written confirmation email ("Confirmation Email"). At this point, a legally binding contract will exist between you and Blu Goblin.

5. Pricing & Payment

Payment is processed at checkout. Orders are not final until you receive a confirmation email. Blu Goblin reserves the right to reject or cancel any order before this point for any of the reasons stated in clause 4A.

  • All prices are displayed in £ and include VAT (where applicable)
  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
  • All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment information.
  • Blu Goblin reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. This will not affect confirmed orders.

6A. Limited-Edition Collectibles

  • Production time: 3–6 months from close of order window.
  • Shipping fees worldwide, are included in the purchase price.
  • Delivery: 5–14 business days after dispatch.

6B. Standard Pin Badges

  • Normally in stock and dispatched within 5business days.
  • Delivery: 2–14 days, depending on destination.
  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
  • UK/EU customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6C. Subscription Pin Badges

  • These will be shipped in monthly batches, once the order window has closed (see Clause 9).
  • Delivery: 2–14 days after dispatch.
  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

7. Shipping & International Deliveries

  • We ship worldwide from the UK, costs for this will be displayed at checkout.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, or taxes. These are highlighted at checkout and must be accepted before completing your order.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Limited-Edition Collectibles & Subscription Pin Badges:

  •  All sales are final. There are no cancellations or returns once the order is confirmed.
  • Refunds will only be given for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

Standard Pin Badges:

  • Customers in the UK/EU may cancel within 14 days of delivery.
  • Notify us within 14 days, return unused and in original packaging.
  • Customers pay for return shipping unless defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds include product price + original outbound shipping for a defective or incorrect order, or just the purchase prices if you have changed your mind

9. Product Variations

As our items are handcrafted using natural materials (wood, resin, metal), variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the item’s authenticity.

10. Certificate of Authenticity

All limited-edition products include a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity. Replacements may be issued at our discretion, upon verification.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in product designs, artwork, logos, branding, website content, and photography belong to Blu Goblin Ltd. or its licensors.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission
  • Use of Blu Goblin content for commercial purposes without consent is strictly prohibited

12. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (e.g., photos, videos, testimonials) to Blu Goblin or tagging us on social media:

  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share your content in marketing materials and on our platforms
  • We will always credit you where appropriate
  • You confirm you own the rights to the content submitted

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are offered "as-is." While we guarantee a high level of craftsmanship, we do not provide warranties beyond what is stated in these Terms.

We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Blu Goblin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where such exclusion is not permitted by law

15. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how your data is collected, stored, and used.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, acts of God, fire, floods, riots, supply chain interruption, labour strikes, or third-party service failures. We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19. Subscription Pin Badge Terms

  • First payment at sign-up (£14.99 + shipping).
  • Monthly automatic billing.
  • Orders are grouped into monthly batches and shipped after the sales window closes.
  • Refunds will only be given for a damaged, defective, or incorrect order.

20. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Delivery is complete once tracking confirms delivery. If missing, please check with your carrier’s local office, or with your neighbours before contacting us.
