• All sales are final.
• Cancellations can only be made within 48 hours of order placement.
• Natural variations in materials and finish will always occur and are not classed as defects.

Standard Pin Badges:

• UK/EU customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery.
• Notify hello@blugoblin.com within 14 days.
• Must be unused and in original packaging.
• Customers pay return shipping unless defective or incorrect.
• Refunds include original order amount, and  outbound shipping if the order was defective or incorrect..
