Because of the nature of our work, our ordering process is different from traditional retail. Below is everything you need to know about placing an order, production timelines, and our return policy.
How Exclusive, Limited-Edition Orders Work
1. Secure Your Collectible
- Orders can only be placed during a limited-time order window. —No restocks. Once sold out, these editions will not be reproduced
2. Full Payment at Check out
- As each piece is made to order, full payment is required at the time of purchase. Your payment provider will/may offer you finance options.
3. Handcrafted Production Begins
- Every collectible is crafted from premium, natural materials, ensuring the highest level of quality
- Due to the handmade nature of our work, production can take between 3–6 months to complete
4. Your Piece, Ready for Delivery
- Once completed, your collectible will be carefully packaged and shipped
- We will contact you to arrange delivery and provide tracking details
5. Certificate of Authenticity
- Every Blu Goblin collectible includes a signed and numbered certificate, confirming its rarity and place in our exclusive collection
