The Order Process

How does ordering a limited collectible work?

Limited-Edition Collectibles:
Ordered during the sales window, then produced.

Standard Pin Badges:
In stock, dispatched within 5 business days.

Subscription Pin Badges:
Billed immediately, then monthly. First badge ships in the following month.

Limited-Edition Collectibles & Subscription Pin Badges:
No cancellations or returns once confirmed. Refunds will only apply for damaged or incorrect orders.

Standard Pin Badges:
UK/EU customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless defective or incorrect.

Dispatched within 5business days, delivery 2–14 days.

Yes. Duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility, confirmed at checkout.
